We are selling our dream home to move to Tampa to be near our children.  This house is located in a special community being a 5 minute walk to the Baltimore Orioles @Ed Smith Stadium, two miles from the Bay, five miles from Lido Beach and is within Park East which is a walk to town neighborhood in Sarasota, Florida, one of the most desirable destinations in the country.

Constructed in 2004 to the stringent 2001 Hurricane Andrew building codes, it has been meticulously maintained by the original owners (that would be us LOL). The trees include Mango, Key lime, Jack Fruit, Pomello, Akee, Atemoya, Avocado, Mamey, Lychee, Soursop, Canistel, Fig, Sapodilla, Moringa and a Joy Perfume Tree for good measure. Beautiful landscaping includes shell and rock walkways.

Recently we had the interior and exterior of the house painted.

There is no HOA, no Flood Insurance and, no Grass to Cut
